We offer more at Barry Electronics than just personal home projects. Yet, we do still provide everything from the expert advice and recommendations to the experienced installation to service after the sale, simply in a larger capacity when dealing with commercial projects.
Examples of commercial projects include: PA work for public buildings, stadiums and sports arenas, offices and court rooms; background music for restaurants, offices and public parks and areas; as well as video conferencing, presentations and sound reinforcements for houses of worship, conference rooms, meeting areas and entrance areas - providing digital signage.

"Survive Alive House" , located at 700 S. Collett St., is a fully interactive home built to simulate fires, tornadoes, and thunder storms. Through the use of the Control 4 system installed by Barry Electronics, the Lima Police Department, Lima Fire Department, American Township Fire Department, Allen County Sheriff's Department, and all area local schools, can take kids on a tour where these disasters can be simulated, and taught from. Students get to feel a hot door thanks to a heat coil installed in a custom door panel. Water based smoke fills a room while the sounds of flames fills the house and LED simulated flames light up the room. The children are escorted to a basement where the lights flicker on and off while the thunder and rambling tornado sounds are simulated. All of these experiences are controlled with the touch of a phone app. |
